Sandra
Sandra
is one of the best-known Balkans cucumber varieties. It is good
known cucumber variety among producers and buyers. It has been
produced in Macedonia for a decade now and the Macedonian vegetable
producers have a great experience with it. On the other hand the
Weather conditions are perfect for early growing of Cucumbers with the
first cucumbers to appear in the early April and sometimes even in
March.
There is no one in the Balkan region
that has not eaten Sandra Cucumber. It is a very tender and bitter
free cucumber(over 28cm in length)and requires no peeling at all. It
lasts fresh for 10-14 days, so you do not have to worry about loosing
its freshness if you are not going to eat it today.

Prima
Top
Prima Top is an early predominantly
female flowering hybrid of the white spined slicer type for production
in unheated greenhouses and open field. Plants are very vigorous and
produce fruits with length of 20-22 cm long which are dark green
and cylindrical. Fruits are quite smooth with small white spines
and of excellent quality and freshness. |

Jazzer
Jazzer is
an Enza Zaden top quality standard greenhouse slicer cucumber, the
leader in the market! The fruits are very cylindrical, 20-23 cm in
length, evenly dark green and slightly spined. Extremely attractive in
the box!
Production
starts early and overall yield is very high. The plant produces side
shoots, is quite compact but vigorous. Recommended for all spring,
summer and autumn crops. Jazzer is a good all round variety, which is
very much adapted in Macedonia growing conditions and seasons.

Pontia
Pontia is
one of Enza’s standard main season varieties, widely adapted and used
by growers in many different geographical areas. The plant growth is
strong and vigorous, side shoot production is prolific.
The
fruits are very dark green, cylindrical and slightly spined, average
length 22-24 cm. Pontia is a reliable variety, which performs extremely
well, in late autumn, winter and early spring crops in South Eastern
Europe. |
